Lead Boots To Business Instructor/Senior Business Advisor

Sheretha Gordon is a disable veteran who served in the U.S. Air National Guard as a Radioman and the United States Navy as an Aviation Ordnanceman with a background in business management and law with more than 18 years of experience. While stationed in Japan, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and while in Virginia a Masters of Arts in Law with a concentration in Business from Regent University. 

In 2016 she started Strategic Steps Consulting (SSC) to help small businesses strengthen their business foundation and excel in growth.  She currently, work on the Veteran Business Outreach Team as the Leads Boots to Business Instructor and Senior Business Counselor.
