Captain Kathy Donovan, USN (Ret) served 29 years in the Navy working within Maritime Intelligence and as an Information Professional.  Kathy is currently a volunteer EMT for the City of Virginia Beach and a Make A Wish volunteer.  She also proctors at the EMS Academy teaching EMS skills, CPR and Stop The Bleed classes. Kathy holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Biomedical Engineering) from Purdue University and a Masters Degree (Public Administration) from Troy University.
